India, Jan. 21 -- SBI Life Spell Bee, one of India's longest-running spelling competitions, concluded its grand finale, marking the successful culmination of its 15th edition in association with Mirchi. Eleven-year-old Avik Agrawal from Bombay Scottish School, Powai, Mumbai, emerged as the winner after a gruelling contest that drew over 1.25 lakh students from 300 schools nationwide. He clinched the prestigious 'Spell Master of India' title.
Hosted by actor, fashion designer and TV presenter Mandira Bedi, the finale featured an intense face-off among top young spellers who advanced through rounds testing spelling accuracy, vocabulary and presence of mind.
