India, Nov. 24 -- Members of Parliament will cycle to the National War Memorial (NWM) on Sunday as part of the annual "Sunday Ride" that promotes sustainable mobility while paying tribute to fallen soldiers.

The ride will be held on November 30. MPs have been asked to assemble near the Entry Gate of Rail Bhawan at 8.05 am.

Organisers said the event carries a twin purpose: honouring soldiers and encouraging cycling as a clean and healthy mode of transport. Convenor Prashant Chapke said MPs who cannot cycle due to health reasons may join directly at the NWM. He said the effort aims to build public support for non-motorised transport and strengthen the case for better cycling infrastructure in Delhi.
