New Delhi, March 29 -- The Supreme Court on Friday said words in Congress MP Imran Pratapgarhi's poem did not promote disharmony or hatred or ill-will but encouraged people to desist from resorting to violence and face injustice with love. Pratapgarhi was booked in Gujarat's Jamnagar for allegedly posting an edited video of a provocative song. The video has the recitation of a poem and it was alleged the spoken words of the poem incite people. A Bench of Justices Abhay S Oka and Ujjal Bhuyan said on a plain reading of the poem, it had nothing to do with any religion, caste, community or any particular group.
