Bhopal, July 24 -- The Madhya Pradesh School Education Department has issued a stern directive to private schools across the state, asking them to submit an affidavit by August 8, detailing their fee structures.
This move comes after more than 8,000 out of 16,000 private schools failed to provide the mandatory fee information in the online portal.
According to the official sources, all private schools charging annual fees above Rs 25,000 must upload their fee-related data on the official portal as per the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Private Schools (Fee and Related Matters Regulation) Act, 2017. However, many schools have either ignored the requirement or failed to comply within the stipulated time.
