Bhopal, Sept. 10 -- The petitioners in the Madhya Pradesh High Court on Tuesday described the State Government's response on reservation in promotions as incomplete and lacking in clarity, even as the Government presented a comparative chart outlining differences between the earlier 2002 promotion policy and the new Public Service Promotion Rules, 2025. Hearing the matter, a division bench led by Chief Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva and Justice Vinay Saraf pressed the state to explain the foundation of its policy.
