BHOPAL, March 7 -- In a significant move to protect students from physical and psychological abuse, the Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Public Instruction (DPI) has issued a directive prohibiting corporal punishment in all schools across the state. The directive applies to both government and private schools, reinforcing legal measures against such practices.
