India, Oct. 4 -- As speculation grows over a possible meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump during the upcoming ASEAN Summit in Malaysia, India's Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal on Friday said that any official information regarding such an engagement will be shared at the appropriate time.

Malaysia has informed India that President Trump is scheduled to visit Kuala Lumpur from October 26 to 28 to attend the ASEAN and East Asia Summits. However, there has been no formal confirmation of PM Modi's participation yet.
