New Delhi, May 13 -- Asserting that Operation Sindoor has been kept in abeyance and not over yet, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday thundered India will not tolerate any "nuclear blackmail" and any operations against Pakistan will depend on the neighboring country's behaviour.
