DEHRADUN, Feb. 21 -- The Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the Assembly, Yashpal Arya has said that the promise of the Congress party that it will provide a legal guarantee of the Minimum Support Price (MSP) has baffled the Narendra Modi government and has put it on the backfoot. He said the BJP's propaganda machinery has now unleashed a barrage of lies over MSP. Arya said that the farmers have understood the mischief of the Union government.
