DALTONGANJ, Feb. 5 -- MMCH Daltonganj is capable of handling Guillain Barre Syndrome. People should be cautious. There is no reason to be in any panic, said the medical superintendent Dr Dharmendra Kumar.

A total of 95 per cent of cases of GBS come out successful and it's only 5 percent where the fatality stares at the hardest way.

Medical superintendent Dr Dharmendra Kumar today held a press briefing on the GBS. He was accompanied by Dr R K Ranjan, Dr Vinita Nancy Khalkho, Dr Manisha Tirkey, Sunit Srivastav and others.

High profile tests for the GBS are not available here but there is a facility for lumbar test here, added the medical superintendent.
