Kolkata, July 26 -- Bollywood star-turned-BJP leader Mithun Chakraborty wants a Bihar-like Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bengal also. Speaking to the media, Chakraborty said that SIR will not only solve the problems of fake voters and infiltration but also curb corruption in Bengal.

"What is the problem with a SIR? I think this is the most desirable way to clean the electoral rolls and the best way to deal with bogus voters and infiltrators. It will also take care of the rampant corruption perpetrated by the Trinamool Congress Government in all levels," Chakraborty said.
