Mumbai, Oct. 18 -- The Oshiwara police have registered a case against yesteryear actor Mithun ChakrabortyRs s son and actor Mahaakshay alias Mimoh based on a complaint of rape and cheating filed by a 38-year-old woman.
In a complaint lodged against Mithun's son Mimoh under sections 376 (rape), 376 (2) (n) (repeated rape), 328 (causing hurt by means of poison), 417 (cheating), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (common intention) of IPC, the complainant has named Mithun's ex-wife Yogita Bali as a co-accused in the case.
In her complaint, the 38-year-0ld woman stated that she was in a relationship with Mimoh from 2015 to 2018 and during this period he had promised to marry her.
