Kochi, March 27 -- Sarada Muraleedharan, chief secretary of Kerala, who had made empowerment of women, social justice and equal opportunities as her mission in life found late on Tuesday night that the renaissance of the State as claimed by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has remained a non-starter and there is large scale discrimination based on colour of one's skin.
