BOKARO, May 16 -- Jharkhand state minority commission vice chairman Shamser Alam and members visited Bokaro on Wednesday to review the mob lynching case in Penk Narayanpur under Bermo subdivision. The commission met the victim's family and later held a high-level meeting at the Bokaro Circuit House with Deputy Commissioner Vijaya Jadhav, SP Manoj Swargiyari and senior district officials.
The commission was briefed on the police action, including four arrests and identification of three more accused through viral video evidence. The SP informed that raids are ongoing to apprehend the remaining culprits.
