Bhopal, Sept. 17 -- Home Minister Bala Bachchan will hold a meeting of the State Road Safety Council at Vallabh Bhavan on Tuesday at 12 noon. Discussion will be held on the implementation of Section 215 (2) of the Motor Vehicles Act-1988.
