India, Oct. 29 -- Minister of Information and Water Resource Pijush Hazarika distributed cheques to the beneficiary girl students of Morigaon district at a programme organised at Jagi Higher Secondary School, Jagiroad on Monday. A total of 11,984 girl students in Morigaon district have been selected as eligible to receive financial assistance under this initiative.
