India, Oct. 28 -- The Municipal Corporation of Gurugram (MCG) has issued a strong message to city residents, warning of strict action against anyone contributing to pollution or littering in the city. The civic body has decided to intensify its ongoing efforts to keep Gurugram clean, pollution-free, and well-disciplined.

MCG officials stated that heavy penalties will be imposed on those found littering, burning waste, dumping garbage or debris in public areas, transporting or storing construction material without proper covering, burning wood or coal in open areas, or using banned single-use plastic.
