BHOPAL, Feb. 20 -- Mayor Malti Rai on Wednesday sought increased citizen participation in the feedback component of Swachh Survekshan-2024.
To facilitate participation, the mayor issued official links and QR codes for easy feedback submission. She urged all residents to register their positive feedback and contribute to making Bhopal the cleanest city in the country.
At a review meeting held at the Mayor's Office at ISBT, she assessed ongoing efforts to ensure maximum positive citizen responses on the Swachh Bharat Mission website.
She instructed municipal employees to proactively engage with residents, motivate them to submit feedback, and assist them wherever possible.
