Bhopal, March 13 -- Mayor Malti Rai visited backlanes in Shweta Complex and Ravi Shankar Nagar on Wednesday to join residents as they celebrated the transformation with games and community activities.
The visit came after Bhopal Municipal Corporation workers revitalised these sites, turning them into clean and vibrant spaces.
As part of ongoing Swachh Survekshan efforts, BMC has been beautifying backlanes by cleaning, painting, and landscaping them. Areas once avoided due to filth are now being used for social gatherings and recreational activities, fostering a sense of community among residents.
