Bhopal, May 30 -- A massive fire broke out at a building near Milan Marriage Hall in Kohefiza on Thursday morning, causing extensive damage to goods worth lakhs of rupees. The fire, which originated in the store room, quickly spread to the upper floors of the building, severely damaging clothes and other belongings stored there.
The fire department was alerted, and three fire tender vehicles, along with tankers, were dispatched to the site. It took more than an hour to bring the blaze under control. Fortunately, no one was present at the Milan Marriage Hall at the time of the incident, and only property was reported damaged. The exact value of the loss will be assessed later by the owner.
