Ranchi, May 3 -- BJP State President and Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi today targeted the state government claiming that Jharkhand is constitutionally without a DGP for the last two days, not only this, the post of DGP of ACB, CID and Police is vacant in Jharkhand.
He said that the instructions and decisions being given by Anurag Gupta are completely unconstitutional in the light of the instructions of the Home Ministry of the Government of India. He said that how can any government entrust the security of its state and public to an IPS officer who is accused of corruption, bias and fraud?
