Dehradun, July 31 -- Uttarakhand's Tourism and Culture Minister Satpal Maharaj met Union Tourism Minister Prahlad Patel and the Union Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways, VK Singh on Thursday.
Meeting Patel, Maharaj spoke about Tibersain Mahadev in Niti valley where a snowy Shivling forms like in the famous Amarnath cave.
Maharaj said that if the Central Government grants permission for the Tibersain Yatra, it will not just boost the tourism, but will also prevent the migration of locals from border region of Uttarakhand. He also requested the Union minister to promote and publicise the immunity booster cuisines of Uttarakhand at the national level.
