Bhopal, April 21 -- Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has announced that every farm in Mandsaur and Neemuch districts will be provided with irrigation facilities. The two major national river linking projects granted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will benefit the entire Malwa. He added that solar pumps will be provided to farmers, freeing them from electricity bills. Farmers will now produce electricity through solar plants. If they generate surplus, the government will also purchase power from them.
