BURDWAN, April 25 -- Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday warned the people against voting the BJP saying if Narendra Modi returned to power then there would be no democracy left in India and no elections would take place after that as India would be a dictatorship.

Notwithstanding, Mamata's leniency towards other senior BJP leaders like Rajnath Singh and Nitin Gadkari was worth noticing, particularly during election times even as she wondered why the BJP's would not fall on "better leaders like Gadkari and Singh who too were senior," and equally efficient.
