Kolkata, Feb. 28 -- Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee attacked the BJP Government for depriving the people of Bengal of their rightful dues and reminded that if the Centre failed to clear their dues then the State would start making the payments.
Banerjee who was presently visiting Jangalmahal told a crowd how the Centre had stopped payment of MNREGA funds for 100 days' work. "This is the money of the poor workers who have given their labour . but the Centre is not paying that money for the past two years," she said.
