NEW DELHI, March 1 -- As the Switch Delhi campaign enters its fourth week, Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot has appealed to all "Residents Welfare Associations" (RWAs) to make the campaign a mass movement.

Gahlot said, "RWAs are instrumental in encouraging citizen's participation in ensuring better living environments and have played an important role in the development of Delhi."

As the campaign enters the fourth week, our focus is to connect with each RWA in Delhi and urge them to undertake the mass awareness activity in their area to make the campaign a Jan Andolan.

The MLAs, RWAs and citizens of adjoining neighbourhoods need to work together to plan and engage local authorities to ensure a smooth transition to electric vehicle...
