BHOPAL, Feb. 19 -- Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that the Mahashivratri festival will be celebrated on a large scale across the state on February 26, with various events planned, including the decoration of temples. He also stated that grand celebrations are being planned for the Gudi Padwa festival on March 30. Chief Minister Yadav said that Vikramotsav will commence from Mahashivratri, and the Jal Ganga Abhiyan will continue this year along with the Watershed programme for an extended period. The Chief Minister made these remarks while addressing ministers before the Cabinet meeting at Mantralaya on Tuesday.
