Mumbai, July 27 -- Maharashtra achieved a record of sorts on the Covid-19 vaccination front on Monday, as it became the first State in the country where more than one crore people have been administered the two doses of the vaccine.
Till 4 pm on Monday, as many as 4.75 lakh people were administered vaccines in various parts of the state.
Of the total people vaccinated so far, 1,00,64,308 people have received both the doses of vaccine.
Maharashtra stands first in terms of vaccination across the country. "We have so far given the first dose of vaccine to as many as 3,16,9,227 people in the State.
