India, Sept. 17 -- On the eve of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday, which is celebrated as Sewa Diwas, Delhi Lt Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena on Tuesday laid the foundation stone of country's first Government-led international-standard Ice Skating Rink at Sector-23, Dwarka.
Once completed, it will be open for all and training facilities will also be provided for the enthusiasts. This will be another recreational avenue for the people of Delhi. The facility is set to open new horizons for winter sports in India and serve as part of the Fit India Movement, inspiring citizens to embrace fitness.
