Garhwa, April 21 -- Under the guidance of NALSA and JHALSA, and following the instructions of Nalin Kumar, Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority, Garhwa, a Jail Court, Legal Awareness Camp, and Health Check-up Camp were organised on Sunday.
During the event, Nibha Ranjana Lakra, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Garhwa, informed the inmates about their legal entitlements. The inmates were also advised that if they cannot afford legal representation in their case, or if their case has been concluded in the District Court and they wish to submit an appeal or bail application to the High Court, they can apply to the District Legal Services Authority, Garhwa.
