Bhopal, Feb. 14 -- A lecture was organized at the Swami Vivekananda Library under the 'Amrit Mahotsav' on Saturday.The speaker of the session was Ashok Pandey, former chairman of Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission and the commissioner of Madhya Pradesh Public Education, Jayashree Kiyawat presided over the programme.
Ashok Pandey said that my own view is that the fight for freedom was a fight for 'self and self-respect'.Millions of people made their sacrifices in the freedom movement, but their name is missing from the pages of history.
