Ranchi, March 6 -- The general budget presented by the Jharkhand government on March 3 was discussed in the House for two days. Responding to the suggestions, objections and reactions of the members participating in this discussion, Finance Minister Radhakrishna Kishore alleged that the central government is treating Jharkhand step-motherly. He said that the state's share in central taxes is not alms. It is Jharkhand's constitutional right.
