Ranchi, April 4 -- Kisan Samridhi Yojana has been started with the objective of providing better irrigation facilities in Jharkhand. The aim of this scheme operated by the Agriculture Division is to supply water to every farm. Under the Kisan Samridhi Yojana, solar powered pumps are being made available to farmers. Two types of solar powered pumps are being made available to farmers under the scheme. Whose market rate is 1 lakh 80 thousand 752 and 1 lakh 81 thousand 752 respectively. The beneficiary can get the benefit of this scheme by contributing 90 percent i.e. 18 thousand 175 rupees. So far more than 15 thousand farmers have applied to avail the benefits of this scheme.
