New Delhi, Feb. 27 -- Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Ramvir Singh Bidhuri on Monday exposed the claims of the Delhi Government that Delhi is getting world-class facilities in education, health and other sectors with figures and sought answers from the Government. Bidhuri said Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal could not answer on any issue.

While replying to the motion of thanks on the Lieutenant Governor's address, Bidhuri said in the last nine years, the budget of the Delhi government has increased two and a half times but the results of Delhi have declined by 14 percent.
