New Delhi, May 7 -- A couple of weeks after his appointment as secretary of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, UP cadre IAS officer Kaushal Raj Sharma on Tuesday, were appointed as the Secretary to the Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta.
Sharma, a 2006 batch officer, was earlier posted as District Magistrate (DM) and Divisional Commissioner of Varanasi, a Lok Sabha seat being represented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
According to the sources, the Home Ministry has given special approval to send Sharma on central deputation to AGMUT Cadre for three years.
