India, Nov. 18 -- The legal battle over late industrialist Sunjay Kapur's will took a dramatic turn as the complainant's counsel, representing Karisma Kapoor and her children, abruptly shifted their stance in court. After Senior Advocate Rajiv Nayar, appearing for Priya Kapur, described their claims as "bogus and baseless," the plaintiffs have now pivoted from saying "there was no Will" to alleging "forged signatures."
