Amritsar, April 16 -- Distinguished academician and architect, Prof Karamjit Singh Chahal has officially taken charge as the new Registrar of the Guru Nanak Dev University in the presence of VC Prof Karamjeet Singh, Prof Palwinder Singh, Dean Academic Affairs and university officials including S Hariqbal Singh, OSD and S Parminder Singh, OSD.
