Bhopal, June 20 -- A mass yoga session will be held at the Kamalapati Palace on Saturday morning, celebrating International Day of Yoga with the theme "Yoga for One Earth, One Health."

Participants will perform asanas, pranayama, meditation and mudras within the ramparts of the historic palace. The event aims to promote holistic wellbeing and environmental harmony through yoga, combining physical practice with mindfulness.

Across Bhopal district, government health institutions will also organise yoga gatherings. Dr Manish Sharma, chief medical and health officer, said citizens can register via the Yoga Sangam portal and join at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs.
