India, Feb. 6 -- The Supreme Court on Thursday asked a high-powered committee headed by former Supreme Court judge Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia to inquire into the allegations of horse trading and electoral malpractices in the election of the office bearers of the Chhattisgarh State Bar Council. The results of the Chhattisgarh State Bar Council Election 2025, held after a gap of about 11 years, have been declared. The voting for the election took place on September 30, 2025, with over 13,000 advocates participating to elect 25 members.
