New Delhi, May 24 -- Chief Justice of India BR Gavai on Friday said that both he and retiring Justice Abhay S Oka have decided not to accept any post-retirement assignments.

The Chief Justice of India (CJI) made the comment while bidding farewell to Justice Oka, who officially retires on Saturday. "Both of us have already decided that we will not accept any post-retirement assignments and therefore, we can think of working together (after retirement)," he said.
