Patna, July 18 -- In a bone chilling incident in Bihar, when there is a water tight security for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's scheduled State visit on Friday, five gun-trotting men shot dead a murder convict out on parole for treatment, inside a private hospital in the heart of the capital city, Patna on Thursday.

The deceased was identified as Chandan, a resident of Buxar district, and went to the hospital for treatment. This is the seventh such high profile murder incident in Bihar which has sent shockwaves in the State which was tagged to be under the shadow of intense criminality tagged by 'Jungle Raaj' before the Nitish Kumar regime.
