Assam, May 5 -- Fukushiro Nukaga, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Japan and member of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), along with a delegation of distinguished dignitaries, paid a visit to the Tata Semiconductor Assembly and Test (TSAT) Facility in Jagiroad today.
The delegation was accompanied by the Chief Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Upon their arrival at the facility, the Chief Minister extended a warm welcome to Fukushiro Nukaga and the visiting delegates.
School students dressed in traditional attire greeted the guests by waving the national flags of India and Japan, symbolising the deepening ties and mutual respect between the two nations.
