India, Nov. 14 -- To bring to justice all those absconding members of the 'White Collar' terror module, the Jammu and Kashmir police have now approached Interpol to issue a Red Corner Notice to track down their whereabouts.

The first notice has been issued against Qazigund-based Dr Muzaffar, brother of Dr Adeel Ahmad Rather.

According to the probe agencies, Dr Muzaffar was part of the team of doctors who travelled to Turkey in March 2022. Dr Umar Nabi and Dr Muzammil Ganaie were other members of the group who visited Turkey for a three-week-long trip.
