India, Dec. 19 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has directed all Government employees to compulsorily submit their Annual Property Returns (APR) for the year 2025 through the online Property Return System (PRS) Portal within the prescribed deadline, warning of strict action in case of non-compliance.
The Government has said that the deadline is final and no extension beyond January 31, 2026, will be allowed.
According to the Circular No. 26-JK(GAD) of 2025 issued by the GAD (Vigilance), the submission of annual property details is mandatory under Section 9 of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Servants Declaration of Assets and Other Provisions Act, 1983.
