INDORE, Feb. 21 -- To mark the Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025, the sacred water of Ganga Maiya was ceremoniously brought from the Prayagraj Mahasangam to Central Jail Indore in a special Vedic tradition. The initiative was led by Central Jail Superintendent Mrs. Alka Sonkar, who organized the event to bring spiritual solace to the inmates.

As part of the Ganga Kalash Yatra, Vishwa Hindu Parishad's National General Secretary Milind Parande and State Head Jitendra graced the occasion as special guests. They were warmly welcomed by Jail Superintendent Alka Sonkar, who led the sacred procession to the main auditorium of Central Jail Indore.
