Jammu, Feb. 16 -- The Union Territory administration on Saturday terminated the services of three government employees including a jailed policeman for their alleged involvement in terror-related activities.

So far services of 79 government employees have been terminated by the Lieutenant Governor (LG) in the Union Territory for their terror links in the past few years.

The sacked employees have been identified as police constable Firdous Ahmad Bhat, government school teacher Mohammad Ashraf Bhat, and orderly in the forest department Nisar Ahmad Khan who was earlier arrested in connection with the killing of a National Conference minister in 2000.
