BHOPAL, March 8 -- The Benami Assets Investigation wing of the Income Tax Department has attached property worth Rs 2.36 crore of Rajesh Sharma, director of Trishul Construction Company and the group.
Rajesh Sharma and his associates will not be able to sell this property now. Earlier, the investigating wing of the Income Tax Department had also attached many properties of Sharma.
Both the wings have taken separate action to attach the property. In the latest case, the Benami Assets Investigation wing of the Income Tax Department has also attached Rajesh Sharma's three-storey building in Kasturba Nagar. The value of this property alone is Rs 1.80 crore.
