India, Jan. 9 -- As part of its continued commitment towards the welfare and well-being of veterans, the Indian Army organised an Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Rally 2026 at the Maj L Jyotin Football Ground in Bishnupur district of Manipur, on 07 January 2026 to provide a comprehensive outreach platform for ESM and Veer Naris of the region.

Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar, AVSM, YSM, GOC Spear Corps was the chief guest. Veterans, Veer Naris, war widows and their families graced the event with their presence.
