Ranchi, April 1 -- The Indian team bagged the bronze medal in the first Asian Para Throw Ball Championship held in Cambodia from 26 to 30 March 2025 under the aegis of the Para Throw Ball Federation of Asia. It is known that eight countries including India participated in the competition. In the final, Cambodia's team defeated Sri Lanka to become the Asian champion while Sri Lanka had to be content with the silver medal. The Indian team had to face defeat from Sri Lanka in a close match in the semi-finals. The Indian team will reach Chennai tonight from where the players of Jharkhand will leave for Ranchi.
