India, May 31 -- There has been a paradigm shift in our internal and external policy in the last six years which has changed the balance of power not only in our part of the world but in the whole world. All this started with the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019. It was a major decision that was executed brilliantly without any hullabaloo. The world, too, accepted it silently and a small group of people in the country who are masters in creating a storm in a cup of tea on trivial matters were caught completely off guard, and they could not react the way they are known to.
